Vacation Fill-In – Administration Assistant/Office Clerical Person

Requires One (1) Administration Assistant/Office Clerical Person to perform Vacation

Description: Fill-in Duties while their current Office Manager is on Vacation from Friday, June 22, 2018 through Friday, June 29, 2018.

(The Office Manager Returns To Work On Monday, July 02, 2018)

Duties Include: 

Answer Incoming Phone Calls, properly Direct Calls and/or take a Message(s).

Basic Computer Skills, Mostly Date Entry.

A Person with MS Word, Excel and especially Access should do very well with this position.

Scheduling of Electricians to Various Noonan Jobs and Job Sites.

Training: Will Train for this position on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 (Preferred) or Thursday, June 21, 2018, if necessary, for a minimum of four hours, possibly more, but not to exceed 8 hours.

First Day Worked: Friday, June 22, 2018

Shift: After Paid Training; Friday, June 22, 2018 through Friday, June 29, 2018.

Office Manager expects to return to work on Monday, July 2, 2018.

Hours: 8:30 AM through 5:30 PM with a 1/2 Hour, Non-paid Lunch.

Note: The Office Manager Will Be Taking A Second Vacation From Monday, July 23 through Friday, July, 27, 2018.

They would like the same person to Fill-In for the Office Manager, both times, if possible.

Office Attire/Dress Code:  Business Casual: Slacks/Denim Jeans and/or Dresses/Skirts are acceptable, with a Nice Blouse. 

There are some Walk-in Clients from time to time and some deliveries to check-in and sign for from UPS and/or FedEx. (Maybe 2-4 per week)
