We are looking for an experienced Landscape Professional to head up the Design Build Division of a fast-paced, growing company. Applicant must have knowledge of all aspects of landscaping. This is a working manager position, with time required in the field working alongside your team members. Applicant will be responsible for overseeing production of Design Build Division including helping as needed and job inspections. Looking for a team player who is not afraid of getting his/her hands dirty and who is not afraid to manage their team members.

The Landscape Construction Project Manager must be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable being wholly responsible for on-site installation management, communication of installation project deliverables, prompt identification of problematic site conditions, and daily job reporting, all while maintaining our established high standards of quality and professionalism. The Landscape Construction Project Manager will work closely with our clients, Crew Leaders, Landscape Laborers, Gardeners, and other Managers.

 Requirements Knowledge and Skills
– Minimum 3-5 years landscape experience
– Landscape construction, and site management experience
– Ability to work according to instructions

– Must be able to work in all weather conditions
– Ability to lead team members to successfully meet or exceed project goals
– Ability to understand and communicate project requirements, customer service expectations, and management goals with teams
– Previous Supervisor or Project Leader Experience Required
– Chauffeurs preferred (if you do not have a Chauffeurs License, one will be required within a week of being hired.)
– CDL is a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities
– 
Manage the layout and installation of plantings, and related landscape functions
– Execute on-site contractual agreements for assigned projects within quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
– Maintain profitability while upholding standards.
– Maintain employee morale training and develop production personnel.
– Manage crew, materials, and time while on the job site.
– 
Develop a clear understanding of each assigned project and fulfill expectations by planning, monitoring progress, and adapting as needed.
– Communicate needs with coworkers, clients, and vendors to keep project schedules.
– Continue to develop and apply new skills and knowledge.
