Used Car Sales Associate Manager (Redford, MI)

Looking for skilled, eager Used Car Sales Associate Manager to sell!

Base Salary plus Commissions on Sales, negotiated at Job Site Interview.

No cap on your income with this pay scale set-up!

Ideal candidate has full understanding of vehicles- both late model AND classics!

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Open/Close Car Sales office

  • Support vehicle take-in process upon hitting dealer lot: identify any action items needed for the vehicle before hitting sales lot, ensure vehicles are detailed in timely manner, photography and post via all communication/sales websites

  • Help to review/audit each vehicle ongoing: ie. Days on lot, price point to hit sales goals each month

  • Lead Car Sales Office: answering all inquiries via walk-in, phone or internet

  • Sales: ideal candidate has a full understanding of car sales with an eagerness to succeed and great customer service skills

  • Manage car lot to ensure properly staged each morning and vehicles marketed via all sites

  • Understand and help to manage all state of Michigan dealer policies are properly followed

  • Facilitate and support all sales and commission paperwork is filled out correctly and on time

  • Meet monthly car sales and profitability goals each month

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment- multi-tasking

  • Join daily Car Sales meetings with Leadership team; and prepared with latest Car Sales Stats

  • Maintain monthly goals board for Leadership team

  • Oversee and follow 5S platform for office, keeping tidy on a daily basis and ensuring Porter cleans office bathroom on a weekly basis

Mandatory Skills:

Deep understanding of Cars (late model and classics), experience in sales, very detailed oriented, time efficient with a keen eye on "think customer" mindset, all while multitasking.

Preferred 2-3 years in prior Car Sales roles AND/OR Associates Degree in Sales.

 

Our Client, a Automotive Restoration/Dealership, is looking to add a Used Car Sales Associate Manager with Social Media Experience to their team.

This person would work with the Owners to develop marketing through social media.

Duties would also include:

  • showing customers vehicles,
  • customer satisfaction follow up,
  • uploading photos to dealership website and demonstrating vehicle features to customers,
  • Other tasks delegated by management.

Candidates should possess good people and verbal skills as well as good computer and social media skills and be motivated and organized as well as dependable.

Desirable Experience:

• Computer skills

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all Social Media Advertising and Marketing

• Present and promote our services to existing and prospective customers

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Perform all of the sales duties on a daily basis.

• Follow up on leads to set appointments

Requirements:

• Exceptional decision making ability

• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

• Experience in customer service

• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use E-mail and Internet

• No felony convictions, due to Michigan requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
