Paul Kaser graduated in December 2010 from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics. He has worked in the public and private sector, overseeing undergraduate research at the University of Michigan and developing reinsurance policies in Munich, Germany. Paul has worked in the construction sector in roles ranging from laborer to foreman to consultant.

Travis earned a certification from Lincoln Electric Performance Motorsports Welding and is a certified pesticide applicator within the state of Michigan. He has significant experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and the green industry. Travis looks forward to using his knowledge to effectively meet your personnel needs.

Keith Ditmore is a Staffing Professional with over 20-Years experience in Machine Tool Skilled Trades, General Labor/Light Industrial, Office Clerical and Office Professional Staffing Management, Sales and Recruiting. He has worked as a Machine Tool Electrician, Pipefitter, Builder, Machinist, Welder and Project Leader in the construction of Automotive Special Machines, Test Stands, Metal Shaping & Removal and Robotic Welding Lines. Keith is a Graduate of Wayne Memorial High School and a US Navy Veteran with 6-Years Service to his Country. He is a Founding Member of the Greater Livonia Chapter of the Business Network International, a Certified Scuba Diver, a Sports Enthusiast and the proud Father of 3-Children.

Carmen is an experienced manager who has broad-based and progressive experience in management and human resources. She has extensive knowledge in HR best practices and policies, and knows how to effectively apply them in the workplace. Carmen has first-hand experience of managing and developing HR teams which positively enhance recruitment campaigns. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to engage with stakeholders across the business spectrum allowing her to quickly build credibility and influence changes. Juan QuirindongoRecruiter
Juan has worked in the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment departments of companies such as Harman International (R&D) and Prime Research. He has been an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2012 and served as an officer for the EMU chapter. Juan brings energy and expertise to his position and excels in the recruitment of specialized candidates. Juan graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.A. in Human Resources and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree at EMU in Human Resources and Staffing.

Maria GodinezAdministrative Assistant
Maria joined Merithall in 2016, bringing with her extensive experience in customer service & administration. Maria provides assistance to the Human Resource Manager. As the administrative assistant, she is responsible for managing the front office, processing employment paperwork, maintaining detailed information in ATS & HRIS systems, performing e-file audits periodically, and managing candidate intake during job fairs.
